SUBMITTING YOUR CLAIM TO OUT OF NETWORK CARRIERS:

Although we are not a participating provider with other insurance carriers, we will be happy to submit your claims for you. While we cannot make any guarantees of coverage, we will assist you in maximizing your benefits to ensure you receive the most reimbursement in which you are legally entitled. We know how insurance companies play their games – they are notorious for making unrealistic guidelines concerning their reimbursements. In spite of that, we are committed to providing you with the very best and most modern services available, regardless of your coverage.

We also accept many traditional indemnity plans that allow you to go to any dentist. You may call us or your insurance carrier to inquire if we are a part of your plan.

Are you tired of searching for a quality dentist in your insurance network? Most companies offer out-of-network benefits! The difference between seeing an in-network and out-of-network dentist is usually insignificant. Here
are the reasons why:

· Our fees are often very close to the usual and customary fees (UCR) of most insurance companies. This means that the difference in your out-of-network expense may be the same or only slightly different.

· Most dental insurances offer maximum annual limits of $1,000 - $1,500 in benefits. Any fees above this limit are not considered by your insurance, whether you see someone in or out of network.

· For the majority, your deductibles remain the same.

· Some dental procedures are considered elective and therefore not covered by your dental insurance, regardless whether you see someone in or out of network.

Therefore, it is always best to choose a dentist based on recommendations from others, your comfort, and confidence - rather than simply on insurance member participation.
