I’ve been going to Dr Ritter for 7+ years and during that time, he consistently demonstrated integrity and took time to listen to my concerns and explain why he recommended specific solutions. Dr Ritter has never tried to sell me unnecessary and costly procedures as other dentists have done. A couple of weeks ago, he went above and beyond when I called him on a Saturday morning to tell him that I fractured a tooth and was experiencing intense pain. He empathized and told me he would meet me in his office to assess the problem. Words cannot communicate how appreciative I am of his time and kindness. In my humble opinion, he is the best. Dr Ritter’s staff is excellent as well.

I had to move here to Balto to help take care of my mom, leaving my dentist of 24 years in Minot, ND. I went through my mom's, sister's, and brother's before striking out on my own to find a provider. Yelp reviews directed me to Dr. Ritter, and I in turn directed my sis to him! I've moved to Odenton, and am happy to make the trip for all my dental needs, even referring people around here who have difficulty finding satisfactory care to him.

We've been going to Dr. Ritter for at least twenty years. He is a master at his craft. He's never suggested unnecessary procedures. His concern was always for our health & the integrity of our teeth. He was up on the latest and best techniques from day one - and he still is today. He has always been the best at making sure we didn't feel discomfort. I was so sad that I had a chipped tooth that messed up my smile. He and Karen fixed it up quickly and it looked amazing. The whole staff is great and Dr. Ritter is an ace. A+++

I absolutely love this dental office. The entire staff is professional and courteous. Although the location is a distance for me, I continue to use this office for all my dental needs and recommend to friends and family. I have had plenty of dentists and never been overall pleased as I am with Dr. Ritter and his team.

I am a new patient. Went in first time last week just to have a new crown. Dr. Ritter worked meticulously to numb me and cleaned out the tooth, I felt pain, even with novocaine in full force, but I tried to dismiss it thinking it was just the horrid sound of the drilling. Then he reviewed my tooth on his computer & said that the pain was real because the decay was deep and the nerve was exposed! He told me I needed a root canal! It was almost 5 pm on Jan. 3, I didn't know what to think. But Dr. Ritter knew if he just send me home, I would suffer terrible pain. So he quickly got hold of Dr. Volk, an Endodontist, who agreed to squeeze me in and took care of my root canal that same night. I was very lucky. Dr. Volk worked efficiently and effectively to rid of my problem and stopped the pain; he's very thorough. Dr. Ritter's staff then came by to drop off the finished crown while I was having my root canal so that Dr. Volk could cement it on me temporarily. Amazing team, kudos!

Dr. Ritter and his staff are the absolute best. This practice is a wonderful example of what quality and compassionate patient centered care looks like. Every member of the staff, from the administrative staff, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Ritter himself leads with kindness, compassion, patience, respect, and a calm energy that helps even the most anxious of patients (like myself) feel safe and at ease. Additionally Dr. Ritter and his associates take the time to listen to your concerns, provide informative answers and never make you never feel rushed. The admin staff is wonderful and, at times, have gone above and beyond to help me problem solve and/or get answers to questions related insurance and coverage. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. You are in good hands with this team.

I have been a patient in Dr. Ritter's practice for 10 years or more. My family, too. I can actually say that I look forward to going to appointments there! The staff are friendly, conscientious and competent, Dr. Ritter above all. At 70 I have never lost a tooth. Recently he replaced two old crowns that had been installed by another dentist. Easy, crowns made on the spot. Good dental care is important for your general health. You can't go wrong with this practice.
